EXPLORE WITH JATOR Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

Welcome to EXPLORE WITH JATOR. This fulfillment policy is designed to inform our customers about the purchase, delivery, and terms of use associated with our digital products, courses, and client sessions. By purchasing digital products or courses from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Texas. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. 

DELIVERY POLICY

At EXPLORE WITH JATOR, we sell digital products, courses, and client sessions. We deliver our services to clients via electronic and telephonic means via the platforms of Simplero and ZOOM.  Our products and services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS + COURSE DELIVERY

  • All products offered on ExploreWithJator.com are digital and are available as PDFs, audio recordings, or video files. There are no physical products (books or otherwise) associated with your purchase.

  • After completing a purchase with successful payment through Stripe, our secure online payment processor, customers will immediately be provided with an email or link to access the purchased digital product(s). 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device(s) can open and read PDF files, play audios, or watch video content. EXPLORE WITH JATOR is not responsible for any compatibility issues related to device or software limitations.

CLIENT SESSION DELIVERY

  • All client sessions offered on ExploreWithJator.com take place via ZOOM. There are no physical products (books or otherwise) associated with your purchase.

  • After completing a purchase with successful payment through Stripe, our secure online payment processor, customers will immediately be provided with a link to their scheduled session. 

  • ‍Sessions recorded only upon client request. The request and recording are the responsibility of the client. All sessions are confidential and follow industry standard ethical guidelines.  

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device(s) can access the ZOOM platform. EXPLORE WITH JATOR is not responsible for any compatibility issues related to device or software limitations.

payment processing

Payments for our digital products are securely processed through Stripe. During the payment process, Stripe may require customers to provide additional verification information according to their security policies.

return + refund policy

  • Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, EXPLORE WITH JATOR does not offer returns or refunds once the product has been purchased. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be returned once accessed.

  • We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If there are any issues with accessing or downloading the product after purchase, please contact us immediately for assistance.

  • Coaching Sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not provide returns or refunds for client coaching sessions or packages. 

Cancellation Policy

Once scheduled, client sessions are re-schedulable until 24 hours before appointment time. Changes, cancellations, or rescheduling within 24 hours of session appointment are considered a cancellation and will forfeit the scheduled appointment.
