What is Illuminate Coaching?
In this pod-style convo with Jator Pierre, founder of Illuminate Coaching, we dive into what it is, how it differs from ‘traditional life coaching’. We hope that you take something away from this conversation about the importance of going deeper than surface level symptoms to get to the roots that creates the conditions for change to occur, rather than pushing to make change happen. Different energy… drastically different results for you and for your client.
Always purposeful, letting go of rigid structure, flowing with presence, depth if you wanna dive, and a good laugh. This is a pretty typical Illuminate-style conversation.
In this conversation we cover:
What is the role of a coach in the change process?
What does it mean to set a goal from a compromised place?
What is the metaphor under the motivation?
What is the paradox of benefit?
Is “effortless” change possible?
The role of questions in discovery and the power they hold for transformation.
The role of healthy positivity and play… and have a good laugh.
Here’s the snippet Jator references from Module 1 inside Illuminate:
Through the process of Illuminate Coaching we
can identify how being compromised in the past gives
rise to present-day patterns of distress. Engaging
in this process lets us heal the wounded ego from a
healthy place of functionality using the four realms
of consciousness. We will also be investigating how
expanded mindfulness about our own judgments can
be used to point us toward our wounded ego parts.
Additional techniques will be explored on how to
invite further healing so that we may experience the
harmony of infusing our physical, emotional, mental,
intuitive, and spiritual components into wholeness.
If you’re curious about what’s inside Illuminate you can check out the details here.
Until next time friends,
✌🏽 Jator (and Laura too)
